I. About Us

Fotober Vietnam specializes in interior and exterior design, as well as photo and video editing services tailored for the European and American real estate markets. II. Position Overview

• Job Title: Photo Editor

• Department: Technical

• Reports to: Team Leader

• Main Objective: Edit real estate interior and exterior photos based on client requests and sample references.

 

III. Key Responsibilities

• Edit real estate images using professional editing software as per client and management instructions.

• Ensure output meets quality standards and deadlines in collaboration with the team.

• Make revisions based on customer feedback or team leader guidance.

• Participate in an initial 2-month probation period (85% of base salary).

• Follow the company’s quality control process and maintain consistency in output.

 

IV. Candidate Requirements

• Age: 20 – 28 years old

• Graduate from a college or university (any major; design-related is a plus)

• A strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail

• Willing to work night shifts and on Vietnamese holidays (compensated)

• Eager to learn and open to feedback

• Honest, responsible, committed to long-term growth with the company

• English skills are an advantage (for reading client instructions)

 

V. Compensation & Benefits

💰 Income Growth:

• After training: ~ 10 million VND/month

• After 6 months: 15 million VND+/month

• After 1 year: Up to 20 million VND/month (based on performance)

🎁 Benefits Include:

• Working Schedule: 6 days/week (Sunday off or Monday off when working Sunday)

• Rotating Shifts:

  • Morning: 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM

  • Evening: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
