II. Position Overview

Position: Sales Staff

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Team Leader

Main Goal: Support customers before, during, and after product delivery while developing client relationships and expanding the company’s sales network.
III. Key Responsibilities
-
Proactively search for and develop new clients via platforms such as Email, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and personal outreach.
-
Manage and grow personal client accounts, while also collaborating with team members to expand the company's main sales and marketing channels.

Understand and translate client requirements for real estate images and video editing; communicate these requests clearly to the technical team.

Coordinate closely with the technical department to ensure timely delivery and quality of assigned client projects.

Provide customer service support before, during, and after project completion.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs.
IV. Qualifications

No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome!

Experience in e-commerce sales or customer service for international clients is a strong advantage.

Good command of English (speaking, listening, reading, writing).

Proficient in basic office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

Age: 22–27 years old, female candidates preferred.

Positive attitude, high responsibility, and problem-solving skills.

Energetic, proactive, honest, and eager to learn.
