📍 Location: Fotober Vietnam – 132 Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội
🕘 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (alternating Saturday shifts & 1 WFH Monday/month)

 

I. About Fotober Vietnam

Fotober Vietnam provides professional real estate image and video editing services for international markets, with clients primarily in the US and Europe. We are a growing company committed to high-quality creative solutions, fast turnaround, and excellent customer service.

 

II. Position Overview

  • Position: Sales Staff

  • Department: Sales

  • Reports to: Sales Team Leader

  • Main Goal: Support customers before, during, and after product delivery while developing client relationships and expanding the company’s sales network.

 

III. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively search for and develop new clients via platforms such as Email, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and personal outreach.

  • Manage and grow personal client accounts, while also collaborating with team members to expand the company's main sales and marketing channels.

  • Understand and translate client requirements for real estate images and video editing; communicate these requests clearly to the technical team.

  • Coordinate closely with the technical department to ensure timely delivery and quality of assigned client projects.

  • Provide customer service support before, during, and after project completion.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs.

 

IV. Qualifications

  • No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome!

  • Experience in e-commerce sales or customer service for international clients is a strong advantage.

  • Good command of English (speaking, listening, reading, writing).

  • Proficient in basic office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

  • Age: 22–27 years old, female candidates preferred.

  • Positive attitude, high responsibility, and problem-solving skills.

  • Energetic, proactive, honest, and eager to learn.

 

V. Benefits & Compensation

  • Working Schedule:

    • Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Alternating Saturdays off

    • 1 Work From Home day/month (on a Monday)

    • Flexible start: can check-in by 9:00 AM

  • Work Tools Provided: Laptop, smartphone, SIM card, and email account.

  • Compensation:

    • Competitive fixed salary

    • Revenue-based commission system calculated from the last 6 months’ performance
