I. About Fotober Vietnam

Fotober Vietnam specializes in interior and exterior design, image editing, and real estate video editing for clients in the European and American markets. We are a fast-growing team delivering high-quality visuals for international real estate marketing.

 

II. Position Overview

• Job Title: Video Editor

• Schedule: Shift-based (6 days/week)

• Goal: To edit real estate videos (interior and exterior) using source footage and styling based on client guidelines and references.

 

III. Key Responsibilities

• Edit real estate videos based on client specifications and sample references.

• Utilize editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.

• Adjust lighting and color to enhance video aesthetics.

• Stabilize footage, reduce noise, and apply basic effects where needed.

• Add simple text animations and overlays as required.

• Work closely with the team to ensure output quality and consistency.

• Respond to client and managerial feedback to revise and refine video products.

IV. Candidate Requirements

🕒 Working Schedule:

• 6 days/week, rotating shifts assigned by Team Leader

  • Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Shift 3: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (only 3–4 times/month)

• Required to work during Vietnamese public holidays due to international client schedules (with compensation).

🧠 Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in video editing (real estate editing is a strong advantage).

• Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar.

• Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and open to feedback.

• Basic English reading/listening skills (support provided for more complex communication).

• College or university graduate.

• Male candidates, aged under 28, preferred.

• Long-term career mindset, honesty, and dedication are essential.

 

V. Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary & Allowances:

• Base salary: 6,000,000 – 7,000,000 VND/month

• Monthly allowance: 500,000 VND

• Performance-based pay (per video): 110,000 – 130,000 VND/video

• Estimated income: 20 – 30 million VND/month based on output

📝 Probation Period:

• Duration: 2 months

• Salary: 85% of base + 100% of product-based income + full allowances
