I am tired of my video being sent to amateur editors, I’m also tired of fotober not following instructions. Also, they do not reach out to you when decisions needs to be made by the client. They take it upon themselves to do what they want and at the end charge you triple what the video should cost, I had a very bad experience with Tammy. She’s disrespected me when I never ever disrespected her. I have screenshots and proved to show Tammy doesn’t follow instructions in either the editors. I will never be using this company again, and I will let everyone know how crappy their customer service and communication is.

We went ahead and fixed this video ourselves using the original audio. The audio in the video sounded very bad and this agent has complained about it the last few videos. Don\’t bother with anymore revisions if you haven\’t started them yet.
